I can never get an appointment to see Dr Best. I turn up at the walk in at 7.30 to ensure i get seen and there are two people waiting before me. When we eventually get in the surgery we find that there are 5 people that have pre booked. I am now eighth in the queue to see the doctor. No apology or reason from the receptionist. This is all totally unacceptable. Why have these people got appointments when you can't pre booked. Totally unacceptable.

I would like to thank Dr Wahab so much for his help this evening. He was so kind and compassionate and I felt listened to. Very often time constraints mean that clinicians rush you through an appointment but tonight I felt cared for and truly reassured. A truly wonderful doctor who made a big difference. Thank you very much indeed.

Why if you arrive before 1400hrs are you forced to sit in the foyer on one of only 4 chairs looking at all the nice seating behind a closed door!!. I asked if I could wait in the GP waiting room next door(which was open) but was told no.

We couldn't see a Dr and was told to call 111 by receptionist. A paramedic came and wanted to speak to Dr - receptionist told paramedic a dr would call back as she wasn't keen to disturb one. The Dr never called back and eventually an ambulance called and wife taken to A & E. She had pneumonia and septicaemia and required immediate medical attention. Imagine if we'd waited any longer for a return call??
